Stop Motion Movies

Me and my dad have started to make istopmotion movies. In order to make one you first take a picture of something, then move that something, then take another picture and just keep on doing this until by the end it looks like that something is moving around. Well I would post it on the blog but it's too complicated, so here is the site that it's on: . So sit back, grab some popcorn, and enjoy the feature presentation; "Dog Tales"

Jack, your dog movie is FABULOUS! When my son was a bit younger than you are, in the 1980s, we saw the first *Raisin* movie (a short) at a film festival and he wanted to try it himself. It wasn't a possibility for kids then, though. (Or adults, without a lot of sophisticated equipment.)
I'm going to send him the link to your movie. I'm sure he'll love it, too. It's wonderful!

Wow, Jack. You have patience and creativity in abundance. Your movie made me laugh. I especially liked the live-action hand coming in to clean things up. Hope you'll do more stop motion (or other) films.

I made some silent stop-motion movies in the '80s with an old Super 8 movie film camera. I had to take the film to the drugstore to have it developed, then watch it with a projector! So much faster and easier nowadays, plus you can have sound! Way to go :)
